Unpacking Racism for Action – CATALYZE Edition

Program overview

The CATALYZE Edition of Unpacking Racism for Action is ideal for businesses, corporations, and organizations interested in completing the IMPACT Edition programming as a team building experience to disrupt instances of racism and bias in the workplace and help teams work together to collectively build an organizational culture that champions racial equity. 

Who Should Participate

CATALYZE participants include a mix of professionals along the career lifecycle, including early professionals, mid-career managers, and senior leadership. CATALYZE curriculum is adapted to help professionals at all levels expand their awareness and understanding of how bias contributes to discriminatory behaviors and practices in the workplace. Participants are challenged to explore how they can co-create an equitable work environment through their respective sphere of influence within the organization.
