Program delivery
To accommodate the varying needs of organizations, CATALYZE is delivered in both an in-person and virtual learning format:
In-person
- Group Size: The in-person program format can generally accommodate groups of 25-30 participants.
- Sequence: Organizations can complete the six CATALYZE session sequence over the course of 3 months or 6 weeks
- NCRM Exposure: Organizations are invited to begin their CATALYZE journey with an immersive experience at the National Civil Rights Museum including a guided tour of the museum and a lunch and learn session with NCRM program staff for a post-tour debrief and discussion of topics that will be explore over the course of the program.
- Personal Coaching: All participants are offered one individual coaching session with a CATALYZE facilitator.

- Group Size: The virtual program format can generally accommodate groups of 30-35 participants.
- Sequence: Organizations can complete the six CATALYZE session sequence over the course of 3 months or 6 weeks
- NCRM Exposure: Organizations are invited to participate in a virtual lunch and learn with NCRM program staff to immerse participants in history, helping them connect the past to the present, identify shared learning goals, and introduce topics that will be explored over the course of the program.
- Personal Coaching: All participants are offered one individual coaching session with a CATALYZE facilitator.
program costs
Our goal is to deliver high-quality, affordable programming to organizations of all types and sizes. To ensure CATALYZE is accessible, a sliding fee structure is used to access program costs. This fee structure is based on an hourly facilitation rate, not the number of participants.
