Virtual: The virtual training is a 5-week experience with weekly live discussions participants are encouraged to join. The live sessions last no longer 75 minutes each. To prepare for the live discussions, participants must also review course content and materials ahead of each discussion.
To fully engage with the program's curriculum, foster meaningful connections with other participants, and develop an antiracist practice that will benefit you beyond your Unpacking Racism for Action learning experience, all cohort members are encouraged to attend ALL schedule meetings and/or live discussions of the IMPACT Edition program.
One excused absence is allowed, but multiple absences will hinder your ability to successfully complete the program.
Cohorts are comprised of no more than 25-30 participants. If you were not selected for a previous cohort, we strongly encourage you to apply for the next session.
